Iced Coffee

Serves 6
Ingredients
2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup hot/boiled water
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 cups cold milk
6 scoops vanilla ice-cream
cocoa powder, to sprinkle
whipped cream, to serve
ice-cubes, to serve


Method
1. Dissolve coffee and sugar in boiled water.
2. Pour into a bowl. Add the vanilla & milk.
3. Stir well and chill in the fridge.
4. When going to serve, whisk until foamy.
5. Put a scoop of ice-cream and some ice-cubes in 6 tall glasses & fill each glass with chilled coffee. 
6. Top with cream and cocoa as desired.
